Tally Weijl South Africa delivers using Fastway delivery services. Goods will be delivered on business days only. We do not offer deliveries on weekends or public holidays.

A signature will be required when your order is delivered; we recommend you provide a delivery address where someone will be available to receive your order and sign for it.

All prices displayed on our website are in South African Rands (ZAR) and will be charged in South African Rands at checkout.

Standard delivery postage and handling charges are a flat rate of R80 for all orders under R800 per transaction.

For orders over R800 per transaction, we offer free standard delivery country wide (SA ONLY).

TRACKING

Once your order is shipped you will receive an email confirmation of your shipping details which will include a tracking number.

FREE CLICK & COLLECT SERVICE

Tally Weijl South Africa offers a Click & Collect service where orders are placed online and a customer can select their closest Tally Weijl store for collection.

The Click & Collect service is free.

A signature will be required when your order is collected; you will need to provide the in-store staff with your order number and may be asked verification details to ensure that you are the rightful owner of the goods received.

 CLICK & COLLECT SERVICE DELAYS

Click & Collect Service Delays   *12-24 Hours
A standard delay of 12-24 hours is applicable from placing your order to being able to collect your order at one of the Tally Weijl South Africa stores. This 12-24 hour delay is allocated to ensure that we can ensure your goods are at the store of your choice at the time you selected for collection.

TRACKING

Once your order is received you will receive an email confirmation of your order and your selected Tally Weijl Store as well as collection time and date.

Should you be unable to collect your goods at the time and date selected please do let us know on orders@tallyweijlsa.co.za referencing your order number and a new time for collection.
